Jon has been with D&A for over 9 years after a working life spent in and around the automotive industry, that included roles in quite a few franchise garages working on brands like VW & Audi. Jon leads a strong front of house team with its main men; another John, Gareth & Billy, backed up with a team of six drivers. Jon is really clear about why the range of customers that he and the team serve choose D&A at Perth. It’s about delivering a service that goes a little bit further, in an environment that feels more like you’re dealing with family & friends than customers as the Perth team’s knowledge is always backed up with a little bit of research and thought.

Best motor factor I've used in terms of pricing, stock availability and overall service. I have gone in with some very obscure requests for classic cars expecting to be given a lead time, only for someone to produce the very thing I need from a dusty box in the corner. They have never once given me the incorrect part for a car, even rare, brand new or old. Wouldn't even consider using any other factors, if I could give 6 stars I would. They usually offer same-day delivery, too!

Can be hit or miss some staff just don't want too help.. cheap enough and mostly good folk. Just got a feeling certain minorities they're not fussed if they get they're business
