Lee’s had a profound interest in vehicle maintenance since he was just 11 and after 24 years turned his hobby into a profession when he got a his first position at D&A in Montrose. He’s been with D&A for nearly 10 years and now manages Arbroath, running the counter with his oppo Abigail. The Arbroath team’s secret to success is fairly simple … both Lee, Abigail and driver Ross take a little more time to understand what a customer wants and spend a few moments considering the options before recommending a solution.
